Is there a minimum number of padel courts that you need to build?

Yes, we require a minimum of 3 padel courts, totalling +600 sq metres of land.

 

Which areas of London do you build padel courts on?

We are looking for padel leasing around the M25, including:

Abbots Langley, Addlestone, Amersham, Ashford, Barnet, Beaconsfield, Borehamwood, Brentwood, Bushey, Caterham, Chertsey, Cheshunt, Chorleywood, Cobham, Dartford, Egham, Enfield, Epping, Epsom, Esher, Gerrards Cross, Gravesend, Harlow, Hatfield, Hemel Hempstead, Leatherhead, Loughton, Maidenhead, Oxted, Potters Bar, Radlett, Redhill, Reigate, Rickmansworth, Romford, Sevenoaks, Slough, St Albans, Staines, Sunbury-on-Thames.

 

Are you able to offer padel courts indoors and outdoors?

Yes, the space can be indoors (with a minimum height of 6m) or outdoors.

 

What kind of venues do you offer padel leasing for?

We will consider various venues and have had previous success with car parks, farmland, garages, golf clubs, schools, nurseries, tennis courts, warehouses and vacant land.

 

Will you also take care of the bookings and daily running of the courts?

Yes, Warwick Padel takes care of building the padel courts and running the bookings for players to reserve courts, play and make payments. You provide the land, we take care of the rest.

 

Do you offer maintenance of the padel courts?

Yes, we always carry out ongoing maintenance to ensure that the padel courts are operating at the highest standard possible.
