How It Works - Building Padel Courts on Golf Courses

We handle the entire planning process, covering all associated costs, which typically cost approximately £50,000 or more to ensurea successful and viable outcome. Landowners do not incur any expenses in this regard as we manage the entire process.

1. Meeting with Landowner:

We meet with the landowner to discuss their site, options, explain the planning process and agree the land purchase price or rent.

2. Pre-Application:

We initiate discussions with the local council for a preliminary assessment (pre-application) of our proposal

3. Submission of Full Planning Application:

Upon receiving a positive response from the council, we prepare a comprehensive Planning Application, including drawings, Planning Statements, Consultants’ reports and all necessary documentation. This process can take several weeks due to the intricacies of the Council’s planning department requirements. We cover all costs and manage the process throughout.

4. Purchase or lease your land:

Once planning permission is granted, we proceed with purchasing or renting the land, enabling the commencement of the development. Subject to contract.
